High-Performance Cold Patch
PATCH-IT is a user friendly, high performance material made out of 100% RAP, known to be durable, consistent and green. Our product has been utilized within companies specializing in sewer, repair, and paving, and has proved to be cohesive enough to last under everyday road conditions. Using 100% Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement - Materials that are generated when asphalt pavements are removed for reconstruction or resurfacing, PATCH-IT eliminates the need for customers to purchase new materials and sending existing roads to landfills.
Recycled Hot Mix Asphalt
Green Asphalt currently produces Type 3 binder, 6F HD and 6F RA top.
Our material is primarily made out of 100% reclaimed asphalt pavement and has demonstrated exceptional short term and long term performance. We don't acquire additional aggregates through mining or using virgin liquid asphalt and can assure you that our material has proven to perform equally durable to virgin material. To ensure production of the best material, our team is continuously working hard to maintain superior quality assurance.
Tack Coat Pails
Green Asphalt also provides Tack Coat - a coating of asphalt used to form an adhesive bond before paving which can significantly improve the bond between pavement layers, improving pavement strength, reducing surface-course sliding and reducing top-down cracking.
Millings
Green Asphalt's material is primarily made out of 100% reclaimed asphalt pavement, a vital factor that sets us aside from our competitors. Because of that, we readily accept clean broken asphalt and millings. Our process prevents valuable materials from going into landfills and reducing the transport of materials in and out of the city.
